Changed 2026-10-21: The product formerly called Front Desk is now called Spes Voice in every document. The Terms now say that paid plans charge a one-time setup and the first month at checkout. The Terms and the Privacy Policy now explain that calls with ATP's AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed, that the assistant says so at the start of each call and stops recording if you ask, what ATP uses them for, who can access them, that no fixed retention period is set yet, and how to have them deleted.
Changed 2026-10-20: The Terms, the Privacy Policy and the DPA now describe what ATP provides as services plus access to an online client portal (Spes), and name the portal in the clauses that already covered it; that wording changes no right or obligation. These terms govern your use of the services of ATP Consulting LLC (ATP), including the Spes Voice AI phone agent, the CRM, and an online client portal (Spes) with every feature ATP makes available in it. By creating an account you agree to them.
What ATP provides
ATP provides services, including an AI phone agent that answers calls, takes messages, and books appointments, plus access to an online client portal (Spes) and optional custom builds. Features depend on your plan.
The AI is not a professional
Spes Voice is an automated assistant, not a human and not a licensed professional. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing it says is an official record or a binding commitment by your business unless you confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing what the agent does on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to forward your calls to ATP and to let ATP answer and (if you enable it) record them, and you must use the service lawfully, including all telemarketing, consent, and recording laws that apply to your calls. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give the agent.
Calls with ATP's assistant
Calls with ATP's AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed. At the start of each call, the assistant says: "This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes." If you'd rather not be recorded, say so and recording stops. The Privacy Policy explains what ATP does with the recordings and transcripts, who can access them, how long they are kept, and how to have them deleted.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans charge a one-time setup and the first month at checkout, then bill monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from billing; cancellation stops future charges and shuts down your agent at the end of the period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not use ATP, its services, or the client portal for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling, to harass, or to violate anyone rights. We may suspend an account that creates legal or safety risk or that does not pay.
Limitation of liability
The services and the client portal are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ATP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and ATP total liability is capped at the amount you paid ATP in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, and any dispute about them or about ATP's services is heard only in the state or federal courts sitting in New Hampshire, whose jurisdiction you and ATP accept.
