Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-22
These terms govern your use of ATP Consulting (ATP), including the Riley AI phone agent, the CRM, and related software. By creating an account you agree to them.
What ATP provides
ATP provides software, including an AI phone agent that answers calls, takes messages, and books appointments, plus a customer dashboard and optional custom builds. Features depend on your plan.
The AI is not a professional
Riley is an automated assistant, not a human and not a licensed professional. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing it says is an official record or a binding commitment by your business unless you confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing what the agent does on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to forward your calls to ATP and to let ATP answer and (if you enable it) record them, and you must use the service lawfully, including all telemarketing, consent, and recording laws that apply to your calls. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give the agent.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly in advance after any free trial. You can cancel anytime from billing; cancellation stops future charges and shuts down your agent at the end of the period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Acceptable use
Do not use ATP for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling, to harass, or to violate anyone rights. We may suspend an account that creates legal or safety risk or that does not pay.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ATP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and ATP total liability is capped at the amount you paid ATP in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
